The Essentials of Embodiment Workshop

Redirecting the mind & opening communication between conscious and subconscious.
THE BODY
Embodiment practices to repattern the nervous system and bioenergetic system.
IDENTITY
Lasting change happens when we shift our identity. If we change our actions without shifting our identity, we easily fall back into old patterns and habits.
UNITY
Tools, techniques and practices to unify body, mind, spirit.
