This unique style of yoga invites both enlightenment and embodiment. Through breath, movement, and awareness, we come ‘home’ deep within the body — awakening a greater sense of Self.
In addition to strength and flexibility, this practice provides a space to build the inner circuitry that opens wisdom, activates personal power, and awakens unconditional love.
All levels are welcome.

Once a month, we journey deeper in a two-hour exploratory class that blends education, breath, movement, stillness, and sound. This immersive class unfolds in three parts:Embodiment Principles & Practice
Each immersion begins with breath and foundational embodiment tools. We’ll learn how to practice them and why they matter, and experience them directly so they become living wisdom in your body. Each month we’ll explore new principles while deepening what we’ve learned, creating an accumulative practice that anchors into body memory and supports your daily life.
Movement - This unique style of yoga invites both enlightenment and embodiment. Through breath, movement, and awareness, we anchor deeply in the core of the body — awakening a greater sense of Self and the felt experience of “coming home.”Not only does this practice build strength and flexibility, it builds the inner circuitry that allows us to access wisdom, activate personal power, and awaken unconditional love — no matter our outer circumstances. As we enliven the body, we naturally heal, open to new possibilities, and grow in confidence both on the mat and in daily life.
Crystal Bowl Soundbath - The pure tones of the bowls resonate through the body, inviting the brain into deep Alpha and Theta states where healing and insight naturally unfold. Because we are largely water and highly conductive, these vibrations move easily through our tissues, calming the nervous system, releasing stagnant energy, and supporting cellular re-patterning. Beyond the physical, the song of the bowls awakens a sacred remembrance — that we are vibration, we are Light. These immersions are sanctuaries for opening, surrendering, remembering and awakening the truth of Who We Are.
Accessible to all levels.

One of the many things I love about yoga is the ability to retrain our nervous system’s response to stress. While on the mat, we quiet the mind by using breathwork to bring ourselves to internal stillness and presence... and at the same time, we are engaging actively with our bodies externally.
By practicing internal stillness with external activity on the mat, we can take this developing ability off the mat and into our daily lives - staying clam, at peace, and present while we are actively engaging in life.
Classes unite traditional yoga practice with embodiment practices for a refining journey of conscious awareness and integration of body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you are a beginner or a long-time yogi, our time together in class encourages the awakening of new pathways through the body and facilitates a remembrance of the truth of who we are.
Classes invite activation in important brain centers for health and wholeness. Yogis are encouraged to lovingly come to their personal edge: a place of softening and deep, steady strength.
I invite you to come and roll out your mat…
Namaste, Steph
